6. Credit Checks and Authorization

Our initial pre-qualification does not require a hard credit inquiry. If you choose to continue, we may request your authorization for a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. Third-party providers may perform a hard inquiry with your authorization when you apply for a specific product, which may affect your credit score.

7. Your Information and Communications

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. By submitting a form on this site, you agree that TMG Funding may contact you by phone or email about your inquiry. We send text messages only to people who check a text message consent box on our forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

7a. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program description: If you opt in, TMG Funding sends text messages about your funding inquiry, funding review, appointment scheduling and reminders, and application and account updates. If you separately check the marketing consent box, we may also send occasional promotional messages about funding programs and offers.

Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
